Shipping

 

**Please note our warehouse will be closed Thursday, November 25, 2021, through Sunday, November 28, 2021.
During this time we will not ship any orders placed after 12 PM EST Wednesday, November 24th through Sunday, November 28th. Shipping will resume on Monday, November 29, 2021.**


We only ship in the USA and are not able to ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses. This applies to warranty claims as well as the shipping methods below. Please note that order quantities may be limited per the discretion of Summer®.

 

Orders ship from Riverside, CA and you can expect delivery within 7-10 business days.  

For orders that do not meet our free shipping threshold, we assess a charge of $5.99, $9.99, or $14.99, depending on FedEx’s calculation of the weight of the items in the order.
 
Expedited shipping is available, via FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Overnight. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the next business day. For a personalized estimate of shipping times or charges, please contact our Consumer Relations Team.

We process all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Additional processing and shipping delays are possible due to weather events or holiday order volume. At this time, we do not offer shipping to international addresses or to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

For most SummerInfant.com orders, you can request a new delivery time, hold your package at a FedEx location, sign for your package in advance, provide specific delivery instructions or request a vacation hold.

Shipping to Canada?

If you would like to purchase a product and have it shipped to Canada, we are happy to sell to you direct by phone. Please call our Consumer Relations team at 1-800-268-6237.

Shipping to Hawaii?

FedEx standard overnight is not available to Hawaii. The available options are Priority Overnight or 2-Day for an additional cost. We are happy to sell to you direct by phone. Please call our Consumer Relations team at 401-671-6551.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy for all items ordered on SummerInfant.com. Consumers are responsible for the return shipping back to Summer®. All returns are refunded back to the original card used for purchase.
