Warranties & Returns

We strongly recommend that you register your product with us so that we can notify you in case of any product alerts and better assist you with any warranty issues. If a product is determined to be defective in workmanship or materials, Summer Infant, Inc. will repair or replace (at our option) your product free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase. To claim your replacement, the product must be returned to us along with a copy of the original purchase, gift, or registry receipt. (In the absence of a receipt, the warranty will be 12 months from the date of manufacture.)

This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, installation, accident, unauthorized repair, or alteration.

We offer a 30 day return policy for all items ordered on SummerInfant.com. Consumers are responsible for the return shipping back to Summer Infant. All returns are refunded back to the original card used for purchase.
